METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR REALIZING AUTOMATIC RESTORATION AFTER A DEVICE FAILURE

A method and system for realizing automatic restoration after a device failure are disclosed. The method primarily comprises: when the device fails, it transmits a restoration request to a managing device or a server; the managing device or the server transmits a corresponding program file information used for restoring the failure to the device based on the restoration request information received; the device restores the failure based on the program file received. This invention can completely realize automatic restoration after a device failure, and does not need local user interference during the whole restoration; therefore it makes the upgrade and restoration more convenient and flexible. At the same time, the invention of completely realizing automatic restoration after a device failure makes the processing of the restoration safer and more credible, and effectively reduces the maintenance cost of local maintenance for the device.
