An image sensor for a capsule endoscope including a frame puncturing function and a method for processing image data of the same are provided to obtain the image sensor for the capsule endoscope with an active quantity and the capsule endoscope including the same by reducing an unnecessary power waste. In an image sensor processing image data per a frame unit by including an analog circuit(202) and a digital circuit(203), a frame puncturing member blocks a power supply to the analog circuit in a portion of frames among a plurality of frames. The frame puncturing member includes a frame counter mounted in the digital circuit(203) and a power supply control member controlling the power supply to the analog circuit(202) in response to an output signal of the frame counter.
