PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of promptly determining a part to be imaged by the CT apparatus in a subject. SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus comprises: an X-tray generator for irradiating the subject with X-rays; an X-ray detector for detecting the X-rays transmitted through the subject; an arithmetic device for processing signals from the X-ray detector and reconstructing a tomogram of the subject; an X-ray imaging apparatus for obtaining the two-dimensional fluoroscopic image of the subject from the X-ray transmitted through the subject; and a display device for displaying the two-dimensional fluoroscopic image of the subject obtained in the X-ray imaging apparatus.
