PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an information display panel by which a display area can be made larger to the outer size of a panel and the frame of the information display panel can be narrowed, and to provide the information display panel manufactured by the method. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing information display panel, by which a display medium is transferred to display information of an image and the like by encapsulating the display medium between two substrates at least one of which is transparent and applying an electric field to the display medium, the two substrates are stuck to each other via a sealant disposed part 12 and then the position of the stuck two substrates corresponding to the sealant disposed part is cut to obtain the panel for information display.
