PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for fixing a display member on a fitting surface so configured that the attitude of a head section of a fastening member can be changed as intended while the display member is stably held. SOLUTION: The display member fixture 10 for fitting the display panel 2 on a fitting surface 40 comprises a fixing member 20 to be fixed on the fitting surface 40, and a fastening member 30 threaded onto the side opposite to the fitting surface 40 of the fastening member 20. By clamping the display panel 2 between the fixing member 20 and the fastening member 30, the display panel 2 is fixed on the fitting surface 40. The fastening member 30 is composed of a screw member 39 threadable onto the fixing member 20, and a head section 34 which is allowed to rotate only within a prescribed angle range with respect to the threading axis X of the screw member 39, and is so configured that the attitude of the head section 34 can be adjusted while the display panel 2 is held by the fixing member 20 and the screw member 39.
