PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside diameter measuring device, capable of measuring outer diameter of test objects processed cylindrically at a high speed and with sufficient accuracy, and moreover, when altering to measurement of the outside diameter of test objects the length is only different, capable of enhancing workability by simplifying the arrangements. SOLUTION: The outside diameter measuring device is equipped with a V-shaped chute 9 conveying test objects processed cylindrically, while supporting two lateral faces of the test objects to the one direction, aligning them continuously along the length direction, an outside diameter measuring means (15a and 15b), where a slit 12 is prepared extending perpendicular to the extending direction of the V-shaped chute 9 concerned, while irradiating light zonally to the radial direction of the test objects conveyed with the V-shaped chute 9 concerned, the outside diameter of the test objects is measured in a noncontact fashion, based on the transmitted light, and an ejecting means (14a and 14b) ejecting the test objects the outside diameter is measured by the measuring means concerned, while cutting off at a fixed speed to a terminal side of the V-shaped chute 9.
