CIRCUIT SIMULATION METHOD AND CIRCUIT SIMULATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit simulation method for improving circuit simulation precision by considering an error between design size and practical finished size. SOLUTION: The circuit simulation method comprises extracting circuit information used for circuit simulation from measured values of electric characteristics of the device included in TEG in design of a semiconductor integrated circuit, correcting parameters included in a net list by using the measured values and a simulation value, reducing a circuit simulation error caused by the error between the design size and the practical finished size by performing circuit simulation using the corrected net list, and avoiding an increase in design margin and yield deterioration due to operation inferiority.
