PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust pipe fixing structure in a vehicular muffler, for easily temporarily assembling, welding and fixing these, by regulating a position in the rotational direction of a tail pipe, by also abolishing regulation of the position in the rotational direction to a burring part of an outlet pipe. SOLUTION: An upstream end part 20b of the burring part 20 is formed in an inclined shape along an external shape of an end plate 11, and an upstream side end part 4a of the tail pipe 4 is formed in an inclined shape adjusted to an end part 20b of the burring part 20. An upstream side end part 8b of the outlet pipe 8 is penetrated through an exhaust pipe through-hole 20a, and is arranged in a projected state outside the end part 20b of the burring part 20. The upstream side end part 4a of the tail pipe 4 is fitted around the downstream side end part 8b of the outlet pipe 8. Both the burring part 20 and both the pipes 8 and 4 are fixed by welding X3 in a butted and adjusted state to the end part 20b of the burring part 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
