PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic, detergent and deodorizing agent capable of removing sebum stain and also capable of keeping uniform quality. SOLUTION: This cosmetic consists of the solution of bacillus subtilis (SB bacillus) and an activity-inhibiting agent for inhibiting the activity of the bacillus subtilis (SB bacillus) as main ingredients. As the activity-inhibiting agent, 1-10 wt.% concentration of an alcohol is used, and in the cosmetic, an antiseptic agent is contained.
