PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety by preventing the sideward inclination of the car body of a vehicle carrying a large carrying load, such as a semi-trailer, a trailer, a dump truck, for carrying bulk cargo, such as earth and sand, waste matter in building. SOLUTION: A stay 30 extending toward right and left is fixed to a frame 10. Elevating guides 32 are fixed to the tip end sides of the stay 30. A mounting sleeve to be arranged in the elevating guides 32 is connected to the piston rod 42 of an oil cylinder 40 supported by the upper surface plate 41 of the elevating guides 32. Further, a roller 36 is attached to the mounting sleeve 34 via a bracket 35. When the vehicle runs on a ground inclined toward right and left or a load carrying platform 12 is turned and lifted or the car body is inclined, pressurized oil is supplied into the oil cylinder 40, and the mounting sleeve 34 is pushed down by the piston rod 42, and rollers 36 are pressed against the upper surfaces of right and left wheels 21, 23.
