PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a new and useful fixing structure for a binding implement which can appropriately prevent the binding implement from easily releasing from a cover body through a relatively simple structure even if an external force is accidentally applied, and also can improve operability. SOLUTION: When a base 18 for the binding implement 17 is arranged on the inner face side of the cover body 14 and the base 18 and the cover body 14 are fixed by a fixing means 16, the fixing means 16 is equipped with an inside fixing member 35 being a rotating element for pinching the base 18 between the cover body 14 by rotating the fixing means 16 by an operation applied to an operating part 47. In addition, an interference region X extending to the opposite side of the operating part 47 to a rotating center part m is provided on this inside fixing member 35, and this interference region X is made to interfere the base 18 accompanied with the rotation in the fixing direction, and after a standing bearing part 38 for bearing the inside fixing member 35 and its neighboring site are elastically deformed thereby, the elastic deformation is released at a specified fixing position, to pinch the base 18 between the inside fixing member 35 and the cover body 14.
