BROADBAND MONO-POLARIZED ANTENNA IN 'I' SHAPE

The present invention provides a broadband mono-polarized antenna in 'I' shape, which includes a first antenna element, a second antenna element, a feed device, two parallel bars, and two conductive lines between the arms of each antenna, wherein, the two conductive lines between the arms of each antenna are extended to form two parallel plates, which serve as a first balancer and a second balancer respectively to counteract the reactance component of the two antenna element; the feed point of said feed device is located in the middle of the two parallel bars, the feed patch is set on a parallel edge of the two parallel bars, the inner and outer conductors of the coaxial line are connected respectively to the feed patch and the other parallel edge of the two parallel bars. In the case that the size of reflecting board is substantially unchanged, the invention may achieve the broadband function, and may achieve the radiation characteristic of high fronttoback ratio, while, the new improved structure is more simplified, may facilitate install and maintain, and may reduce cost.
