<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope system by which the operability can be remarkably improved. <P>SOLUTION: In the microscope system, a microscope main body 1 can be connected with a personal computer 9 via a USB cable 16 and is started by the personal computer 9 and has an application program for displaying an operation screen related to the microscope main body 1 in a monitor 9a of the personal computer 9.
