摘要 Provided is a method for manufacturing fuel cell stacks for fuel cell vehicles, which provides fuel cell stacks with improved reliance and uniform performances by determining an assembling pressure of a fuel cell stack through internal resistance. The method for manufacturing fuel cell stacks for fuel cell vehicles comprises: an airtightness measurement step of measuring the airtightness of a fuel cell stack by applying a fixed pressure(Pa) to a fuel cell stack formed by stacking unit cells in order to meet the designed capacity; a normal operation measurement step of, if the airtightness of the fuel cell stack is in good condition, supplying predetermined amounts of hydrogen and air while applying a setting pressure(P) to the fuel cell stack; an assembling pressure determination step of applying, in the normal operation measurement step, AC voltage to the fuel cell stack from the outside to measure if the internal resistance value of the stack attains a target value; and a stack assembling completion step of assembling the fuel cell stack outside using fastening implements when the internal resistance of the fuel cell stack attains a target value in the assembling pressure determination step.
