A system and a method for applying incentives according to goods purchase, and a stock information operating device and a recording medium for the same are provided to enable a customer to raise a utilization value of stocks by receiving the incentives in rewards for purchase of the goods associated with the stocks as well as profit generated from trade of the stocks. An information storing part(115) stores customer ID information and stock-related information sold to the customer to a storage medium(140). A stock information checker(135) checks whether the sold stock-related information includes desired goods information and/or the stock information related to the goods by linking with the storage medium or a storage medium operating server when the customer buys the goods related to the stocks. An incentive applier applies the incentive according to the goods purchase of the customer if the desired goods information and/or the stock information related to the goods are included in the stock-related information sold to the customer.
