METHOD FOR CONTROLLING AGGREGATE'S GRADING--AND APPARATUS

A method and a device for controlling particle size distribution of aggregates are provided to properly regulate the particle size of aggregates by sorting out the crushed aggregates by a distributor and collecting and mixing the aggregates by a mixer. The device for controlling the particle size distribution of aggregates is composed of a distributor installed at an outlet(12) of a screen(10) sorting out the aggregates crushed by a crusher according to the particle size to distribute the aggregates that do not pass through filtering nets(11a,11b,11c,11d) of the screen, into mixing aggregates and re-input aggregates and a mixer(40) collecting and mixing the mixing aggregates to prevent the mixing aggregates supplied through the distributor from being piled up according to the particle size. The distributor comprises an inlet formed at the upper part to receive the aggregates that do not pass through the filtering nets; a pair of discharge ports separately formed at the lower part to separate the aggregates into the mixing aggregates and re-input aggregates and discharge the separated aggregates; and a variable partition movably installed at a diverging point where the discharge ports are joined together, to guide and discharge the input aggregates.
