A child-resistant stopper is provided to enable a user to use conveniently since the sealing member is automatically removed when opening the stopper by integrally forming a sealing member removing unit to the stopper. The child-resistant closure includes an inner stopper(14), an outer stopper(16), a rotary power transferring part(18), and a sealing member removing unit(22). The sealing member removing unit comprises a press plate(50) arranged to be vertically movable on the inner periphery of the top of the outer stopper; plural cutters(52) formed on the bottom edge of the press plate in a radial direction and cutting a sealing member(20); a locking part(54) for locking the cut sealing member to be received in the inner stopper; and a locking rib connected between the outer periphery of the press plate and the inner periphery of the outer stopper, and releasing locking of the press plate by breaking if the press plate is pressed.
