A gang form construction apparatus for an outer wall of a frame in a construction site is provided to carry and store easily by reducing the weight, and to construct a gang form quickly and precisely by extending the life span and simplifying structure. A gang form clearance restricting unit(5) is installed in an upper part of a gang form construction apparatus, and a gang form is fitted to a gang form fitting sill(9). A bolt(10) is formed in a lower part of an upper assembly(7). Two legs(4) are mounted to a lower assembly(8) and contacted stably to the ground. A reverse bolt(11) is formed in an upper part of the lower assembly, and a nut(12) is formed in an upper part of a middle assembly(6) corresponding to the bolt. The upper assembly is moved up, and the lower assembly is moved down by turning the middle assembly with a reverse nut(13). The height of the gang form is adjusted by moving down the upper assembly and moving up the lower assembly with reversing the middle assembly.
