A method for coordinating interference in case of uplink between cells of a single frequency network where a frequency band used in uplink is divided into at least two sub sets is provided to enable an OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) system or a single carrier FDMA(Frequency Division Multiple Access) system to have perfect cell coverage for all mobile terminals, particularly, mobile terminals which are moving, thus higher throughput is guaranteed. Resources related to dedicated sub sets are allocated to a mobile terminal located in the first one of cells positioned in a border area with a neighboring cell. A base station of a cell having the highest interference loss occurring by the mobile terminal accepts a high interference level for the dedicated sub sets according to network standards. Usage of the dedicated sub sets of the cell having the highest interference loss occurring by the mobile terminal is limited under observation of the interference level.
