A ventilation system is provided to easily install the same in narrow spaces and improve working efficiency of the ventilation system. A heat exchanger element(130) exchanges heat between an indoor air and an outdoor air. An intake fan inhales the outdoor air into an indoor room. An exhaust fan exhausts the indoor air to an outdoor. An intake motor and an exhaust motor provide a rotation power to the intake fan and the exhaust fan. An intake motor mount and an exhaust motor mount fix the intake motor and the exhaust motor. And, a central bracket(192) is installed between the heat exchanger element and the exhaust fan or between the heat exchanger element and the intake fan and fixes the intake motor mount, the exhaust motor mount, and the heat exchanger element.
