An air-conditioning system for using a thermal storage is provided to make a constant freezing quantity at a plurality of thermal storage exchangers and improve an efficiency of the air-conditioning system for using a thermal storage by controlling the regular thermal storage over all. In an air-conditioning system for using a thermal storage, an outdoor heat exchanger(120) generates a heat exchange. An outdoor unit(100) has a compressor(110) pressing a refrigerant. An indoor unit(400) has an indoor heat exchanger(420) generating the heat exchange. A thermal storage unit(300) includes a plurality of thermal storage exchangers(322,324) generating the heat exchange and a plurality of thermal storage expansion units(300,332) expanding the refrigerant flowing into the plurality of thermal storage exchangers. And, at least one function unit(200) controls a flow of the refrigerant according to a driving condition.
