A PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) thermistor assembly for a sub heater is provided to economize an assembling time and improve reliability and stability of goods because of fixing a metal terminal. In a PTC heating assembly for a sub heater, a metal terminal(32) of a plate type is applied by a first electrode. A PTC thermistor is closely connected with both side of a plat face of the metal terminal. A guide(38) is formed with a discharge material for hanging an insulation body. A first and a second metal terminal are applied by a second electrode. A plurality of protrusions(38d,38e) prevents a separation of the metal terminal and is formed with a predetermined gap for hanging the PTC thermistor and the insulation body to a longitude direction of the guide. And, a cut part forms a bridge passed by the discharged material in a case of performing an injection molding at a part of the protrusions.
