FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves closing tympanic membrane perforation with double-layer graft having external layer produced from temporal muscle autofascia and internal layer produced from allocartilage plate. The allocartilage plate is shaped as cone axial cross-section near its apex being 140°. Manubrium of hammer being available in patient organism, the produced cone is complemented with marginal triangular incisure placed so that 1-2 mm is left free to cone apex and concatenated with the hammer manubrium when stacking. Cone shape is formed by removing a sector equal to 1/16 of allocartilage plate circle area. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved contact of neotympanic membrane to the hammer. ^ 2 cl, 8 dwg
