PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrostatic charge image developing toner which is excellent in heat resistant storage property without adversely affecting fixability and is excellent in image characteristics and with which high-quality toner images can be stably obtained even if a number of sheets are printed, and a method for manufacturing the same.

SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner containing a binder resin, a colorant and wax is characterized in that the softening temperature (Tsp) of the electrostatic charge image developing toner is 70 to 110°C; the temperature of an endothermic peak temperature (Tp) in DSC of the wax is 50 to 80°C; and the half band width thereof is 5 to 15°C.
