<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing soy bean curds enabling anyone to easily produce nice single layer or multilayer soy bean curds, capable of shortening time required for work and excellent in a hygienic aspect. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the single layer or multilayer soy bean curds comprises a thin film forming process of heating soymilk and forming a thin film on the surface, a thin film attaching process of bringing the face of a picking tool having the face into contact with the thin film in a planar state so as to attach the thin film to the face in a planar state, a thin film picking process of drawing up the picking tool attached with the thin film to pick up the thin film.
