<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food raw material causing slight deterioration with age even after cooked, with which food excellent in resistance to microwave oven after storage can be obtained, and excellent flavor can be imparted to the food. <P>SOLUTION: The food raw material comprises a starch-fermented seasoning powder complex.
