<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stable opening of a door panel by suitably performing cleavage of a skin. <P>SOLUTION: A second skin to-be-cleavage line 46 of a skin to-be-cleavage line 35 formed on the skin 26 has an extended to-be-cleavage part 48 exceeding a hinge part 38 and extending to the outside of the door panel 32. The extension length L of the extension part 48 is set to at least approximate same or longer length than thickness W of a foam layer 24. Further, the extension part 48 is formed such that the thickness is gradually increased toward a terminal end 36A. The thickness gradual increase starting position P is made to an appropriate position between a first position P1 approximately fitted to the hinge part 38 and a second position P2 separated from the hinge part 38 to the outside by the approximately same length as the thickness W of the foam layer 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
