SEMICONDUCTOR COMPOSITE DEVICE, PRINT HEAD, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS EMPLOYING PRINT HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor composite device in which the cost is reduced sharply while preventing degradation in function.

SOLUTION: The semiconductor composite device comprises: a first substrate 101; a semiconductor thin film layer 104 formed of a first semiconductor material group on the first substrate 101; and a light emitting element group formed in the semiconductor thin film layer 104. The semiconductor composite device further comprises: a first driving circuit group 102 composed of a second semiconductor material group and having a first function performing drive control of the light emitting element group; and a second driving circuit group 103 composed of a third semiconductor material group and having a second function different from the first function performing drive control of the light emitting element group. The function required for performing drive control of the light emitting element group is shared between the first driving circuit group 102 and the second driving circuit group 103.
