<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency induction heat-treatment method and a high frequency induction heat-treatment facility with which the temperature control and the conditioning can easily be obtained and the quality of a treating article can be stabilized, and further, to provide the high frequency induction heat-treating article stabilizing the quality at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: This high frequency induction heat-treatment method is performed as the following processes, that is; a data-obtaining process, in which process data are obtained by heating and hardening a sample of the treating article; a storing process, in which the process data are stored; a confirming process, in which the adequacy of transition data for output of a power source and data for hardening timing is confirmed based on the temperature transition data stored in the storing process; and a mass-production process, in which the heat treatment for treating articles performed according to the transition data for output of the power source and the data for hardening timing confirmed in the conforming process are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
