<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic substrate and a multilayer ceramic substrate capable of efficiently obtaining a large capacity in the case of forming a capacitor or the like for instance, and sufficiently securing dimension accuracy even when the electrode of a large area is installed. <P>SOLUTION: A ceramic layer constituting the ceramic substrate or the multilayer ceramic substrate is constituted of a ceramic single layer region formed in a prescribed thickness and an electrode layer forming region where an electrode layer and a ceramic layer are laminated. Then, the thickness of the ceramic single layer region and the thickness of the electrode layer forming region are set to be almost equal. To put it concretely, the difference of the thickness between the ceramic single layer region and the electrode forming region is within 10% of the thickness of the ceramic single layer region. Also, the specific inductive capacity of a ceramic material constituting the ceramic layer of the electrode layer forming region is larger than the specific inductive capacity of the ceramic material constituting the ceramic single layer region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
