<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide easy carrying out of retrieval and browsing without awareness of detailed contents of a file registration place of an electronic business form, or detailed contents of a page composition of the electronic business form. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic business form registering means 2020 records the file registration place of the electronic business form 1040 in electronic business form registration information 2060, and manages it as a member of an information group 2050 for electronic business form retrieval. Information related to the page composition is recorded in an electronic business form page composition information 2080, and it is managed as a member of the information group 2050 for electronic business form retrieval. By this, when retrieving an optional electronic business form, retrieval can be easily carried out by using page narrowing conditions included in intra-specific electronic business form retrieval instructions 350, and the electronic business form page composition information 2080 without being aware of a detailed location of an electronic business form registration directory 2030, and without being aware of the detailed contents of the page composition of the electronic business form. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
