<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic composition with which the generation of rust on a metal surface brought into contact with the hydraulic composition can be suppressed or retarded even when the hydraulic composition is applied in such a state that it is brought into contact with a metal, and from which a hardened material having improved strength is obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The hydraulic composition is characterized by containing hydraulic components comprising 30-50 mass% of alumina cement, 25-45 mass% of portland cement, and 23-27 mass% of gypsum (wherein, the total of the alumina cement, the portland cement, and the gypsum is 100 parts by mass).
