摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To three-dimensionally measure temperature distribution of a combustion zone in a gasification furnace to identify a gas-flow-through part of the combustion zone. <P>SOLUTION: In a gasification furnace 1, a thermal decomposition zone Zc is provided with a plurality of thermometers 20<SB>1</SB>-20<SB>3</SB>in a multistage configuration, and the temperature distribution in the vertical and horizontal directions in the thermal decomposition zone Zc is measured by the thermometer group 20a. When a thermometer of the thermometers 20<SB>1</SB>-20<SB>3</SB>composing the thermometer group 20a indicates an elevated temperature from a set temperature, the location of the thermometer is determined to be a gas-flow-through part C. The thermometer at the location is fed toward the central part of the thermal decomposition zone Zc more frequently to destroy the gas-flow-through part C while measuring temperature distribution in the horizontal direction of the thermal decomposition zone Zc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
