PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire wherein a projection direction can be easily adjusted and the direction can be stably held. SOLUTION: This luminaire 1 comprises a lamp 2 provided with a bulb 26, a mounting base 3 fixing the luminaire 1 to a mounting part and an arm 4 connecting between the lamp 2 and the mounting base 3. The lamp 2 is journalled to the arm 4 with a countersunk bolt 42 rotatably in a vertical direction. The arm 4 is provided with a through hole 41 in which the countersunk bolt 42 is rotatably inserted. The connecting part 27 of the lamp 2 is provided with a through hole 58 provided with a screw groove 29 in which the countersunk bolt 42 is screwed. The countersunk bolt 42 is screwed into a prescribed position in the screw groove 29 to journal the lamp 2 on the arm 4, and a pressing screw 45 pressing an insertion end part of the countersunk bolt 42 in an axial direction is screwed in the screw groove 29.
