摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin plastic composite beam condenser of irregular shape obtained by forming a Fresnel lens from an aspheric lens, and to provide a mold for forming it. SOLUTION: Alloy steel material of HRC54-57 is cut by an end mill of small diameter by using a three-dimensional finishing machine so as to improve surface roughness. Ultimately, optical surface finishing is applied by the use of diamond (abrasive grains) for manufacturing a mold, and the thin plastic composite beam condenser of irregular shape is manufactured by using the mold.
