PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably utilize a construction inorganic material (except a dehydration cake) as greening soil. SOLUTION: A method for producing the greening soil comprises the following steps. a step of mixing the construction inorganic material (except the dehydration cake) with an un-degraded plant-derived material and a fermentation auxiliary material promoting the fermentation of the un-degraded plant-derived material and a step of carrying out aeration of the resultant mixture and fermenting the un-degraded plant-derived material under aerobic conditions.
