PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction caused by variation in manufacture by providing independently a circuit changed in a disposition direction in advance and selecting its circuit output. SOLUTION: A circuit comprises: a circuit A1 and a circuit B2 different by 90°in their dispositions with respect to an input; a voltage comparator 3 and an output decision circuit 5 for detecting characteristics of respective circuit outputs; and a selector 4 for selecting the output having more excellent characteristics from the result of the output decision circuit 5.
