PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system properly extensible without causing any shared resource conflict. SOLUTION: This client server system is provided with a plurality of data processing parts 8, 9, 12, 13, 16-18 for a plurality of stages, in which data processing is carried out step by step in compliance with an information processing unit, and information storage parts 10, 11, 14, 15, 19-21 holding shared resources, which are used for data processing carried out in a plurality of data processing parts. A plurality of data processing parts require different shared resources in response to input data 4 from 4-1 to 4-6, while the information storage parts classify the shared resources into resource sets 5, 6 and 7 according to the stages using them. The resource sets 5, 6 and 7 are held as resource groups 5-1 to 5-3, 6-1 to 6-3, and 7-1 to 7-3 corresponding to the different shared resources required by a plurality of data processing parts in association with a plurality of data processing parts.
