PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an electronic mail in a data format allowing addition of respective contents matching destination attributes after creation of a common text. SOLUTION: A user designates a destination for To and inputs a common message for destinations for To/Cc/Bcc. Then, the destination for Cc is designated, and a dedicated message only for the Cc is inputted in an input column only for a Cc message. If necessary, a Cc dedicated attachment file is attached. In this way, transmission data (a mail header and a mail body) having a predetermined data format is created to be sent to an electronic mail transfer/distribution server serving as an MTA.
