PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a guard such that proper long transaction processing is performed with a simple configuration by excluding improper access and performing correct decision processing. SOLUTION: This long transaction management device has: a temporary execution database 101 storing a temporarily executed item: a decision database 102 storing a decided item; a latest data reference function part 14 retrieving the item inside the temporary execution database required by retrieval requirement; an update temporary execution function part 11 updating the item inside the temporary execution database required by temporary execution requirement; an update decision function part 12 copying data on the corresponding item of the temporary execution database to the item inside the decision database required by decision requirement; and an update cancellation function part 13 copying the data on the corresponding item of the decision database to the item inside the temporary execution database required by cancellation requirement.
