PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently retransmit data by converting common conversion data into formats, according to the distribution destinations and retransmitting the data. SOLUTION: In this network system, an information processor includes a data conversion part 40 converting distribution data into the formats according to the plurality of distribution destinations; a data transmission part 42 for transmitting the data converted by the data conversion part 40 to the plurality of distribution destinations; a common conversion format extraction part 44 for extracting the format common to the data transmitted to the distribution destinations not capable of being performed with the transmission, when the data transmission part 42 cannot perform the transmission to one of the plurality of distribution destinations; a common conversion data generation part 46 for converting the distribution data into the format extracted by the common conversion format extraction part 44 to generate the common conversion data; a retransmission data storage part 48 for storing the common conversion data generated by the common conversion data generation part 46 and the distribution destination not capable of being performed with the transmission by the data transmission part 42; and a data retransmission processing part 50 for converting the common conversion data into the format according to the distribution destination and retransmitting the data to each of the distribution destinations, stored in the retransmission data storage part 48.
