PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make salt water-mixed sherbet-like ice of stable density suitably used in cooling and storing saltwater fish. SOLUTION: In this method of making salt water-mixed sherbet-like ice in an ice making device 1, by preparing sherbet-like ice from the ice made by cooling supplied salt water, by using a scraper 1c, making mixture water of sherbet ice and salt water, storing the mixture water in an ice storing tank 14 by supplying the mixture water to the ice storing tank 14 from the ice making device 1, and storing the prescribed amount of mixture water of prescribed low temperature and prescribed sherbet density in the ice storing tank, while circulating the mixture water 143 stored in the ice storing tank 14 from the ice storing tank 14 to the ice making device 1 several times, the salt water controlled to keep prescribed constant salinity is supplied to the ice making device.
