PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional heat pipe for cooling a heat generation member of an electrical component box of an outdoor unit that fixing wherein a condensing part is higher than an evaporating part is insufficient. SOLUTION: An electrical component box 5 is housed, a heat pipe 1 for cooling a heat generation member in the electrical component box 5 by a built-in heat medium is provided, an end of the heat pipe 1 is inserted into a heat radiation fin 6, a condensing part long along the insertion direction is formed, the other end of the heat pipe 1 is thermally coupled to the heat generation member so as to form an evaporating part, almost a whole of the longitudinal direction of the heat radiation fin 6 forming the long condensing part is held by a heat radiation fin attachment part 8, and the heat radiation fin 6 is fixed so that the condensing part is higher than the evaporating part.
