PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substance separating method which enables the easy separation of a substance without using a special reagent and making an apparatus large-sized. SOLUTION: A mixture solution containing a plurality of substances is allowed to flow in a coil-shaped flow channel formed by winding a tube into a coil shape and the respective substances in the mixture solution are separated accompanied by the passage of the mixed solution through the coil-shaped flow channel.
