PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade device capable of adjusting a holding force of a shade member. SOLUTION: This sunshade device comprises a shade member 27 provided with a shade slider 4 slidably moving in a guide groove 29 formed on a horizontal frame member 25. The device comprises a slider body 41 of the shade slider 4 fixed to the shade member 27, an elastic deformable locking piece 42 projecting from the slider body 41 and fitted with a notch 29d provided at a predetermined position of the guide groove 29a, and a torsion spring 43 mounted to the locking piece 42 on one end 43a and capable of adjusting the position of the other end 43b relative to the slider body 41.
