PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtering device which does not generate air accumulation even when a housing inclines. SOLUTION: No remains are left behind even when the filter housing inclines by placing the primary air exit and the secondary air exit of a cylindrical filter on the same axis at the ceiling plate part of the cylindrical filter in the filtering device housing the cylindrical filter in the filter housing.
