PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a portable electronic device which is improved so that a user can easily input data by manually performing key operation. SOLUTION: A portable electronic device of the present invention comprises a main body, a display unit and a pressing type keyboard. The main body includes a data process module, and the display unit is mounted on the main body. The pressing type keyboard includes a center point and a plurality of keys and is mounted on the main body proximately to the display unit. When each of the keys becomes proximate to the center point, the distal end of said key protruding on the main body becomes higher.
