DECISION REGARDING THE ASSIGNMENT AND ALLOCATION OF RESOURCES FOR AT LEAST ONE DATA FLOW AND AT LEAST ONE USEABLE LINK

The invention relates to a method, a control node and a system for determining the assignment of data flows to useable links by messaging a control node (PS) of a communication network by way of an application function and by means of a terminal device (UE). The invention is characterized in that a network unit (GGSN) transmits at least one packet filter information regarding the useable link to be used for transmission of data of at least one data flow, which information was received from the terminal device (UE), and at least one attribute to the control node (PS). An application function (AF) transmits at least one information regarding the data of at least one data flow to be transmitted to the control node (PS). The control node (PS) compares the at least one packet filter information, the at least one attribute and the at least one information of the application function (AF) with each other and decides whether the useable link to be used can be authorized for the data of at least one data flow to be transmitted, and authorizes, when the comparison is positive, the data of at least one data flow for the useable link.
