A flexible infill member( 60, 61) is positioned in a space between a frame member( 10) at the upper side of a window or door opening and the upper edge (16) of that opening, so that an infill bridges the space between the frame member and window or door opening upper edge. To adjust for and eliminate out-of-plane warping of a framework and deviations of the framework from the perpendicular, a wall tie (80) comprises a head portion (82) attachable in use to the framework, and an anchor portion (86) adapted to be embedded in or otherwise anchored to an adjacent wall; the head portion and anchor portion being connected together by a telescopic joint. The telescopic joint allows the head portion to move relative to the anchor portion when the wall tie is secured in position between the framework and the wall. An upper transverse frame member (110, 211) of the framework may be vertically adjustable relative to jamb frame members (210, 239) of the framework to eliminate a gap between the upper transverse frame member and an adjacent edge of the window or door opening.
