The applicator has a hollow tubular handle (1) closed at one end and fitted at the open end with an applicator head (4). The first fluid is contained in the tubular handle and is separated from the open end by a viscous substance such as silicon (6). The second fluid is absorbed in the applicator head and when the handle is opened through the opening means, e.g. perforation line, the first fluid flows through the viscous substance and into the applicator head for application together with the second fluid. A second applicator head of absorbent material is provided at the closed end of the handle.
